• The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Items broken during hire/missing on return will be charged for.
  • Generators/fuel tanks to be returned on the same fuel level as they went out on (or the fuel used will be charged after the hire).
  • At least 1 week’s notice has to be given for last-minute changes to equipment.
  • Your hire is confirmed after the deposit is received.
  • Payment should be made in full before the date of delivery.
  • Customers may come and look at our equipment prior to hire, but an appointment needs to be made with reasonable time and notice.
  • If we are required to set up/pack down the equipment hired, there will be a reasonable labour charge, so please let us know upon booking to avoid extra costs after the event.
  • When a customer is transporting items hired, any damages during transportation is their responsibility and charges for the damage will apply. 
  • If items are incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Customers can collect from us, however an appointment must be made.
  • If you are fuelling up one of our diesel generators during hire, you must use white diesel due to legal rules and regulations.
