- Submit an Enquiry: Contact us either through our website or via email or phone. Explain your event and what you need e.g. we are having a festival we need a generator, cable, distro and fuel bowser. From this, a member of our team will contact you and send you a quote.
- Customize Your Package: Here you can change any final details for your hire and request any additional services such as having a Senior Responsible Person (SRP) and some day engineers on site. This means that one or multiple of our team will be on-site monitoring and managing our generators.
- Delivery & Setup: Our team will deliver the equipment and set up in your event location.
- Event Day Support: If you need a SRP or any day crew on site for your event, this is where they will be making sure all is running smoothly.
- Post-Event Collection: After your event, we will collect our equipment on the agreed date and time, leaving the venue how we found it.
