What is the booking process?
Once we have recieved your inital enquiry either via the enquiry form or via another method, a member of our team will send you a fully inclusive quote. On the quote, you can accept or decline, and then we can book it in for you and send across payment invoices.
It’s as simple as that!
When is my hire confirmed?
Your hire is confirmed once the quote has been accepted; however, we will not deliver items unless payment has been received. Don’t worry, you will be notified in these cases.
Can I add/change my order?
You can add and change items on your order up to 1 week of the hire. This ensures we have enough notice to get everything ready.
Can I cancel my hire?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time; however, you may lose some/all of your deposit as per our t&c’s.
Can you monitor my generator during the event?
Yes. You can hire a senior engineer to set up and oversee the generator for the course of the event, to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Does the quote include fuel costs?
The price to hire our generators does not include fuel. We will give you the generator with full fuel, and then once returned, we will fill it back up. This will then be invoiced to you.
What do I need to hire for a full power setup?
When hiring for a full power setup, make sure you consider all bases. This includes generators, fuel tanks, cabling, distros, ramp, adaptors, and any other accessories you may need.
