The price do hire our generators do not include fuel. We will give you the generator with full fuel and then once returned we will fill back up. This will then be invoiced to you. 

Due to changes in recent years, generators can no longer use red diesel. White diesel is used in our generators.

Yes. You can hire a senior engineer to set up and oversee the generator for the course of the event, to make sure everything runs smoothly. 

Yes you can cancel your order at anytime up to 1 week before the event however you may lose some of your deposit. 

Your hire is confirmed once you have accepted the quote and paid the 50% deposit.

A 50% deposit is required upon accepting the quote. The other 50% is required prior towards delivery. 

You can add and change items on your order up to 1 week of the hire. This ensures we have enough notice to get everything ready.
